Debido a la situación del Covid-19 no podemos garantizar los envíos en 24h. Seguimos preparando vuestros envíos cada día y la mayor parte de ellos se están entregando en 24h, pero no podemos garantizar la entrega de todos.
COMO HACEMOS EL ENVÍO Y CUANTO TARDA
Si realizas tu pedido antes de las 12’00h, sale ese mismo día de nuestro almacén y dependiendo la opción de envío que elijas lo tendrás en casa un día u otro. Si realizas tu pedido después de las 12’00h saldrá al día siguiente.
Aunque somos muy eficaces y nos preocupamos por preparar vuestros pedidos lo mas pronto posible, debes de tener en cuenta que en periodos de promociones, rebajas y acciones ocasionales este tiempo puede verse demorado.
Los envíos se realizan de lunes a viernes. Aquellos pedidos realizados entre el viernes a partir de las 12’00 y el domingo, serán enviados el lunes de la semana siguiente. No enviamos en festivos y días no laborables. Las entregas se realizarán de lunes a viernes, excepcionalmente sábados.
Puedes elegir con que empresa de mensajería prefieres que te enviemos tu paquete, con MRW o con GLS.

Gratis para pedidos superiores a 49€ dentro de la Península y 6,99€ (5,78 € + IVA ) para Baleares independientemente del importe del pedido.
5,99€ (4,95 € + IVA) para pedidos inferiores a 49€ dentro de la Península.
3.98€ si elijes como método de envío 72 horas.
14,80€ Si tu paquete tiene destino Canarias.

Nuestros difusores tienen una garantía de 2 años por defecto de fábrica. Es recomendable guardar la caja e imprescindible guardar el ticket o pedido.
